This recipe combines some of the basic dishes and puts them together to make a meal.  You can use chicken or turkey for this recipe.

Ingredients

1 chicken breast or boneless thigh
1/4 cup of frozen green beans
1 small yellow Yukon potato

Directions

Cut the chicken breast or boneless thigh into small pieces. Boil the pieces of chicken in a separate pan of water until cooked. While the chicken is cooking, steam the green beans in a steamer. You can microwave them if you want.
While keeping an eye on the chicken and green beans, steam the small Yukon potato until you can easily pierce it with a fork. Again you can microwave the potato if you want. Once the chicken is cooked set it  a side. Mix the steam green beans beans with the chicken.
I then put this mixture in the bullet  and add a little bit of water so my bullet can easily slice and dice the mixture without clumping up. After the mixture is at a consistency you want stop and put it in a bowl. Put the steamed Yukon potato in a separate bowl and peel the skin. I then mash it until it looks like mash potatoes. Once it’s fully mashed, I add in the mixture of chopped chicken and green beans. After you finished mixing the two together, it’s time to put them in freezable containers.
